It applies to ushomecomfort.com, to h2oclarity.com and our customer account portal, and to the services we provide to customers, including whole-home water filtration offered under our H2O Clarity program name, residential solar, home insulation, and fixed-rate energy management.

Your name, mailing and installation address, email address, phone number, and information about your home relevant to the service you are considering — such as your water supply and the results of any on-site water test we perform with your permission, your roof and energy usage, or your insulation and utility details. If you purchase a system, service, or subscription plan, we also collect the information needed to complete that transaction, including billing details and any financing application information you choose to provide.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card or bank account numbers on our systems; we retain only limited identifiers, such as the last four digits and card brand, so you can recognize your payment method.
