These Terms govern your use of ushomecomfort.com, h2oclarity.com, and our customer account portal (together, the “Site”). Please read them carefully.
If you have signed a purchase agreement, installation agreement, or subscription enrollment with us, that signed agreement governs your purchase, installation, warranty, and service plan, and controls over these Terms in the event of any conflict. These Terms govern your use of the Site itself.
US Home Comfort, LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Dallas, Texas, offering whole-home water filtration under the H2O Clarity program name, residential solar, home insulation, and fixed-rate energy management. Installation is performed by licensed installation partners.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any account, probe or test its security, or interfere with its operation or another person’s use of it.
If we provide you with an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
Water quality information, energy or savings estimates, and performance figures presented on the Site are drawn from public data sources and general assumptions, and are provided for general informational purposes. They are not a laboratory analysis of the water at your address, nor a guarantee of savings or results. Only a signed agreement states what we will provide and at what price.
Subscription maintenance plans are optional. Where offered, the plan’s price, billing interval, start date, renewal, and cancellation rights are stated in the subscription terms you agree to at enrollment, and billing begins as described there. You may manage or cancel your plan as those terms provide.
If you consent to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and is low, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
The content, design, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by US Home Comfort, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the Site and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in this section limits any warranty expressly given in a signed agreement with you, or any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from your use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
